Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update daily logistics tracking systems to ensure accurate delivery status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transit teams to resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping inquiries.
- Assist in the safe handling and processing of freight within the operational facility.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and company operational standards.
- Prepare daily reports on shipment volumes and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure meeting strict delivery timelines and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Valid forklift license or practical experience with forklift operation is a significant advantage.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by operational demands.
