Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for swift resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, shipments, and operational metrics
- Provide real-time support to frontline staff and address process bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service departments
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma in logistics preferred
- 1-2 years experience in operations, warehouse, or customer support
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
