Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or support engineering
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux environments, and virtualization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure components
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
