Join our dynamic team as an Operations Support Manager specializing in Water/Wastewater Engineering. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance programs for all above-ground water/wastewater infrastructure assets
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize asset performance and longevity
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technicians, engineers, and contractors for maintenance execution
- Monitor asset performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts within financial parameters
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Lead incident response protocols for operational disruptions and emergency maintenance scenarios
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset condition, maintenance activities, and operational KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater operations or infrastructure maintenance
- Professional certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, CIPM) preferred
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, wastewater systems, and hydraulic principles
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams and contractors in industrial settings
- Advanced proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and safety standards (DENR, OSHA)
