Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Act as a primary liaison between local departments and expatriate team members, ensuring clear communication.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational reports, documentation, and administrative records.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, project updates, and cross-departmental briefings.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and provide insights to management to drive process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and operational procedures across the organization.
- Ensure that all internal communication effectively conveys corporate directives to diverse team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations support, administration, or a similar capacity.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for daily cross-cultural collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
