Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Virtual Assistants to ensure high performance and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor daily team activities, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members, resolving conflicts and providing necessary support.
  • Collaborate with management to establish clear goals, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Analyze team data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to enhance overall team output.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a Team Lead or Operations Supervisor role within a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
