Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Virtual Assistants to ensure high performance and quality service delivery.
- Monitor daily team activities, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members, resolving conflicts and providing necessary support.
- Collaborate with management to establish clear goals, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Analyze team data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to enhance overall team output.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a Team Lead or Operations Supervisor role within a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
