Redknight Pest Control is seeking an effective leader and team player to join our Operations Team. As the Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our pest control services. You will be responsible for supervising field technicians, optimizing daily schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service. We need a motivated individual who can drive team performance and ensure operational excellence in every task.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between management and the field team, addressing operational challenges and fostering a positive work environment. Your ability to lead by example and communicate effectively will be crucial in helping our team achieve their best capabilities while ensuring client satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and manage the scheduling of field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor service quality and ensure all technicians adhere to company safety and quality protocols.
- Manage inventory levels of pest control supplies and equipment to prevent shortages.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate closely with the customer service and dispatch teams to align on service calls.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, feedback, and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the customer service or service industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team motivation.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
