- Develop and implement comprehensive business operations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals to drive engagement and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, resolve issues, and optimize operational workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving complex inquiries.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure financial efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery across all business units.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business operations management, preferably within the BPO or services industry.
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including performance management, hiring, and team development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
