Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize operational processes across all TRT international offices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement global strategies that align with company goals and enhance productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance and employee engagement.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet financial targets.
- Ensure all regional operations adhere to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably within a multinational or global organization.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams across different time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-changing global environment.
