Tanggung Jawab
- Support GRC operations for Australian business units to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor and coordinate daily freight operations to maintain service level agreements
- Implement and maintain operational procedures aligned with industry standards
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Liaise with international stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Prepare accurate documentation and performance reports
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize freight workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operations or freight industry
- Strong understanding of GRC principles and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
