Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant workflow
- Implement customer satisfaction strategies through proactive service excellence
- Drive achievement of company targets including sales, service standards, and operational KPIs
- Monitor inventory management and supply chain coordination for optimal resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to resolve operational challenges
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- 1+ years experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic inventory management systems
