Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader with a passion for operational excellence? Wilmar is seeking a results-driven Operations & Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our factory operations, responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high technical standards, and championing continuous improvement initiatives that push our production capabilities to the next level.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen to optimize workflows, minimize downtime, and foster a culture of high performance and safety. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement industry-leading manufacturing protocols, and ensure that our technical output meets the highest quality benchmarks in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production targets are met with maximum efficiency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce operational waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage technical maintenance schedules for critical machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure full compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration and inventory management.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to local regulatory requirements and industry-specific compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations (OSHA/local equivalent), and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data analytics software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and collaborative growth.
