Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily plant operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Document operational data, logs, and performance reports accurately.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime.
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar technical operations role.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, MSDS) and industrial processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols in an industrial setting.
