In this critical role, you will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex water treatment systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring that our facilities operate at peak efficiency, meeting all regulatory safety and environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate water and wastewater treatment plant processes, including pumps, motors, and chemical dosing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Collect water samples and perform basic laboratory analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of plant operations, chemical usage, and maintenance activities.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and perform minor repairs on plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot operational anomalies and coordinate with the engineering team for complex technical issues.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and environmental regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a water treatment plant or similar industrial facility.
- Solid understanding of PLC systems, SCADA interfaces, and automated process control.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern to support 24/7 plant operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and computer-based reporting tools.
- Possession of relevant WSH certifications or water treatment operator licenses is highly advantageous.
