Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Implement and optimize warehouse layouts and workflow processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare regular operational reports regarding stock levels, productivity, and logistics costs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
