Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor food production machinery and assembly lines to ensure efficient output.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on raw materials and finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and safety checks before and after shifts.
- Record production data accurately and report any anomalies or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent (O-levels/ITE) is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar industrial setting is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety equipment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
