Tanggung Jawab
- Perform standard assembly and test operations on semiconductor devices according to established SOPs.
- Adhere strictly to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by applying 5S methodology.
- Monitor production lines continuously to ensure quality control and meet production targets.
- Operate and handle production machinery and test equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any defects, irregularities, or machine malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or electronics is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work in a controlled environment (Cleanroom or ISO standards).
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
