As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our assembly and test production lines. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of sophisticated processing equipment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the global market. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate assembly and testing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Execute product quality checks to identify and minimize defects in the assembly line.
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere strictly to Cleanroom and ESD protocols to protect sensitive semiconductor products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Certificate in Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing related fields.
- Prior experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (day/night).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical documents/instructions in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety (EHS) and quality excellence.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
