Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate metal and plastic parts according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders accurately.
- Perform machine setup, loading raw materials, and adjusting tool offsets for optimal cutting performance.
- Monitor machine operation in real-time and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct quality inspections and measurements using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize workflows.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and machining principles.
- Excellent ability to read and understand technical blueprints and engineering documents.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as needed.
