We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join PT SHINIH NONWOVENS INDONESIA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nonwoven products consistently meet rigorous quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality management systems.
As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor production processes, conduct thorough inspections, and analyze quality data. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless collaboration with international stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain ISO quality management systems.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for management review.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in customer quality audits as needed.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or nonwoven sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
