PT Dua Naga Kosmetindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Mixing Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mixing production line, ensuring that all cosmetic formulations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency. As a QC Mixing professional, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that every batch meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with production staff to monitor equipment performance, inspect raw materials, and maintain a clean, hygienic environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure batch consistency and adherence to strict product formulas.
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials and finished goods to identify defects or deviations.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Record and analyze production data, including temperature, viscosity, and mixing times, to ensure process compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hygiene standards within the production area.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Report any quality concerns or non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in QC or Mixing within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect subtle quality differences.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a team-oriented setting.
