Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor coating machines according to production schedules and quality requirements.
- Perform setup, calibration, and changeover of equipment for different coating processes.
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Identify and resolve machine issues or process deviations to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve efficiency and output.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or coating environment preferred.
- Familiarity with coating machines or vacuum deposition processes is an advantage.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling moderate lifting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor coating machines to ensure continuous production and quality output.
- Set up machines according to job specifications, including adjusting parameters and loading materials.
- Inspect coated products using quality instruments to verify specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues and report anomalies.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a coating or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with machine operation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on contract/temporary basis.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
