- Operate D85 dozer efficiently to perform earthmoving, grading, and material handling tasks
- Strictly adhere to safety, health, and environmental management protocols in all operations
- Execute dozing processes according to project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance procedures
- Document operational activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance team
- Maintain clean and organized work area to prevent safety hazards
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members for task coordination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid heavy equipment operator license with D85 specialization
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating dozers or similar heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in OHS/SMK3 (Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan K3) preferred
