In this critical role, you'll manage the entire water distribution lifecycle – from intake treatment to final delivery – ensuring safe, clean water reaches our communities. You'll operate advanced treatment systems, monitor water quality parameters, and maintain distribution infrastructure to meet regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor water treatment/distribution systems including pumps, filters, and disinfection units
- Conduct daily water quality testing and maintain accurate operational records
- Perform preventive maintenance on distribution equipment and pipelines
- Coordinate with treatment plant teams to ensure seamless water flow
- Respond to system alerts and resolve distribution emergencies promptly
- Ensure compliance with environmental safety regulations (SNI standards)
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in water treatment or distribution operations
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes and quality parameters
- Ability to operate mechanical systems and interpret technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and health certification
- Physical ability to work in standing positions and handle moderate equipment
