Tanggung Jawab
- Operate food processing machinery and equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
- Perform quality assurance checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product excellence.
- Package and label products accurately according to batch specifications.
- Assist in machine setup, feeding, and adjustment as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or general production is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read work instructions and operate simple machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Must be willing to undergo a mandatory medical examination and pass drug screening.
- Relevant food handling or safety certificates are an advantage.
