Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Operator GD 825 to join our elite mining operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our Komatsu GD 825 motor graders to ensure optimal site productivity and infrastructure integrity.
You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management systems across all operational activities. As an expert operator, you will execute precision grading, leveling, and site maintenance, ensuring that all work is performed in strict adherence to site protocols and project timelines. We are looking for a professional who demonstrates technical excellence, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward operational safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Komatsu GD 825 motor grader safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site operational standards.
- Maintain site haul roads, bench levels, and drainage to facilitate smooth and safe equipment movement.
- Strictly adhere to all Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management systems throughout all activities.
- Execute precision loading and grading tasks to meet production targets without compromising safety.
- Perform daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks on the assigned heavy equipment.
- Report mechanical issues or site hazards immediately to the supervisor to prevent downtime or accidents.
- Ensure constant communication with ground crew and other heavy equipment operators to maintain operational synergy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Motor Grader Operator, specifically with the GD 825 model or equivalent.
- Possess a valid SIM BII Umum (driving license for heavy equipment).
- Strong understanding of mining safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret site grading plans and technical specifications.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and ability to work in shifting schedules or remote mining environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain equipment performance under challenging conditions.
- Physically fit and able to work in high-pressure operational environments.
