Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Operator HD 785 to join our dynamic mining operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of Komatsu HD 785 haul trucks to meet production targets while strictly adhering to our rigorous safety, health, and environmental management systems (SHEMS).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational control, ensuring optimal loading and hauling cycles. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our equipment and the safety of the site. If you have a proven track record in heavy equipment operation within the mining or heavy construction industry, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Komatsu HD 785 haul trucks safely and efficiently in various site conditions.
- Perform daily pre-start inspections and post-operation checks to ensure vehicle mechanical integrity.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding loading, hauling, and dumping processes.
- Maintain constant communication with site supervisors and other operators to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations and company guidelines.
- Document and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately to the maintenance team.
- Optimize cycle times by maintaining proper vehicle positioning and load management.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training programs to enhance operational proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience operating HD 785 or equivalent large-class haul trucks.
- Possess a valid SIM B2 Umum driver's license.
- Strong understanding of mining safety protocols and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to work in rotational shift patterns and challenging field environments.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle the demands of heavy equipment operation.
- Disciplined, professional, and committed to high standards of quality and production.
- Willing to be placed at any of the company's project sites as required.
