Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor electronic assembly machinery including SMT lines and automated insertion equipment
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools and testing equipment
- Follow detailed production schedules and maintain accurate production documentation
- Adhere strictly to ESD safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Identify and report production defects for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to read technical schematics and work instructions
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
