In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of shampoo formulations. You will work closely with the production line to meet daily targets while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor shampoo mixing and filling machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions and report defects to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly to minimize waste and ensure product safety.
- Assist in inventory management by labeling and storing raw materials and finished goods correctly.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a factory setting.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
