Tanggung Jawab
- Machine Operation: Operate industrial sewing machines (las) to cut, shape, and finish nylon ropes and fishing nets according to specific patterns.
- Finishing Process: Perform the critical finishing step of forming fabric and nets exactly as per customer orders and design specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and defect-free requirements.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on sewing machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Workstation Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety regulations.
- Production Coordination: Communicate effectively with team leads and production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Textile, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience operating sewing machines or working in rope/fishing net manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, follow patterns, and operate industrial textile machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team structure.
