Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company regulations on the factory floor.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to minimize downtime and optimize equipment output.
- Document maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment performance data accurately.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and production tools.
- Conduct daily safety checks and report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatic circuits, and hydraulic machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial setting with occasional heavy lifting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable for non-Indonesian nationals).
