We are currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Operator Manlift to join the Lintech Duta Pratama team in East Java. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials at various project sites. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced professional who understands the importance of precision, adherence to safety standards, and contributing to the overall success of construction and engineering projects.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in operating manlifts and related heavy equipment to support site logistics. We prioritize a culture of safety and efficiency, and we are looking for a candidate who can maintain high standards while working collaboratively with the site team. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manlifts and forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials and equipment to designated heights and areas.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-start inspections and safety checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of operational activities, including equipment usage and any incidents or maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and construction teams to coordinate logistics and meet project timelines.
- Report any mechanical defects or potential safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately for rectification.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience operating manlifts, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid Competency Certificate (Kemnaker/BNSP/Migas) is strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties in various weather conditions and site environments.
- Willingness to be deployed to all project sites within the East Java region.
- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and time management skills.
