Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery including bottling lines, conveyors, and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration of mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OHS standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and spare parts procurement
Kualifikasi
- Vocational/Technical graduate in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial machinery operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (day/night/graveyard)
- Certification in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and lockout-tagout systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
