In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining metal stamping equipment to produce precision components. You'll follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality while maintaining a safe and organized work environment according to 5S principles. Your attention to detail will be crucial in inspecting finished parts for defects and ensuring they meet all specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor metal stamping machinery to produce high-quality components efficiently
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
- Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance with specifications using measuring tools
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and implement 5S workplace organization principles
- Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of stamping equipment according to schedule
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production problems with minimal downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification with technical focus
- Previous experience operating metal stamping machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required by production schedules
