Putra Perkasa Abadi is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator PC 300 to join our operations team in Kebayoran Baru. We are a leading company in the manufacturing and logistics sector, committed to excellence, safety, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced operator to contribute to our success in Jakarta Raya.
As a PC 300 Operator, you will be the key figure in executing heavy machinery operations. Your role will involve ensuring that all loading and unloading processes are carried out with precision while adhering to our strict quality and safety protocols. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work and maintains a high standard of health and environmental management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate PC 300 heavy machinery safely and efficiently according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management system rules in all daily activities.
- Perform precise loading and unloading tasks to ensure material integrity and project timelines are met.
- Conduct thorough pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections to identify potential mechanical issues.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational delays immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain effective communication with site engineers and the broader logistics team.
- Keep the machinery and operational area clean and organized to support overall site hygiene.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience operating PC 300 or similar heavy equipment models.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (SIO/SIMAK) for heavy machinery operation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, SHE principles, and environmental management.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in Indonesian to understand technical instructions.
- Valid KTP (National ID) and NPWP (Tax ID) are required.
