We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Process Plant Operator to join our high-performing team in Cagayan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of various processing circuits to ensure maximum recovery and throughput.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process deviations, uphold our rigorous safety standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of our mining operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor plant equipment, including crushers, mills, flotation cells, and thickeners, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and document process data, identifying any irregularities or performance bottlenecks.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Adhere strictly to OceanaGold’s safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
- Execute precise reagent dosing and chemical balancing as directed by metallurgists and lead operators.
- Maintain clear and accurate shift logs and communicate operational status effectively during shift handovers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant safety and production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a processing plant or heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Physical capability to work in a mining site environment, including shift rotations and occasional heavy lifting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
