Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control all operating circuits to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on plant equipment and machinery
- Operate and maintain process plant systems following established procedures and safety protocols
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Document daily operations, maintenance activities, and production metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in process plant operations or similar industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mineral processing techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs
- Valid certifications in industrial safety or related fields are advantageous
