We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our production team in the Aljunied area. As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand's reputation for excellence by ensuring every piece of jewellery meets our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers. You will work in a supportive team environment where precision and reliability are highly valued.
Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect raw materials and finished jewellery pieces for defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform precise measurement and quality checks according to company guidelines.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality inspection results.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve output quality.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Report any discrepancies or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and packing processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a related production role is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot minute imperfections.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken) for reporting purposes.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week (8:30am to 5:30pm).
- Must be comfortable working in a production/office environment near Aljunied MRT.
