Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive quality control testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Conduct technical analysis to ensure products meet internal and external safety/quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all testing results and quality reports.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential bottlenecks or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to assist in product testing and experimental data gathering.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.
- Implement corrective actions and suggest process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Operator or in a similar laboratory/testing role.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures, analytical testing, and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and basic laboratory software tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise records and data integrity.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willing to work in a demanding manufacturing environment located in Surabaya.
