Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate water treatment plant systems including filtration, chemical dosing, and sedimentation processes
- Conduct daily water quality tests and maintain accurate operational records
- Perform preventative maintenance on treatment equipment including pumps, valves, and control systems
- Implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Train junior operators on standard procedures and emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment operations or industrial process control
- Certification in water treatment technologies (e.g., WQA) or equivalent technical training
- Proficiency in SCADA systems and water quality monitoring equipment
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations (DENR, EPA standards)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and chemical process issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work rotating shifts
