Sinar Mas Land is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator WTP to join our dynamic team based in Cikarang. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and related industrial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate WTP machinery, including pumps, filters, and chemical dosing systems, to ensure optimal performance and water quality standards.
- Perform routine daily inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they escalate into costly failures.
- Record operational data accurately in logbooks and digital systems, analyzing trends to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols and environmental regulations during all operational activities.
- Respond promptly to system alarms and emergency situations, initiating corrective actions to minimize downtime and impact.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform necessary repairs on plant equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct quality control tests on treated water and chemical solutions to verify compliance with internal and external standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in WTP operations, chemical handling, or similar industrial plant environments.
- Familiarity with water treatment processes, filtration systems, and industrial safety equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting, including rotating shifts if required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (or Indonesian) with good communication skills.
