Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing OPPO smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and handle product demos to showcase the latest technology.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash registers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude towards customers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile operating systems is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and move around the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
