In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing a wide array of critical tasks including vendor negotiations, complex invoicing, order processing, and comprehensive inventory management. We pride ourselves on efficiency and accuracy, and as an Ops Associate, you will play a key role in generating detailed operational reports that drive business decisions.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable deals.
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial records and timely payments.
- Handle order processing and logistics coordination to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock levels.
- Generate comprehensive operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations or logistics.
- Proven experience in a BPO environment with a track record of reliability.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and problem-solving ability.
