Tanggung Jawab
- Perform efficient offloading, sorting, and scanning of freight shipments within the facility.
- Ensure all packages are handled according to FedEx safety and quality standards to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and report any discrepancies in shipment manifests.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily throughput targets and service deadlines.
- Operate manual and automated material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Provide operational support to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding shipping documentation.
