- Identify and execute optimization opportunities within managed service scope to improve throughput, quality, and unit cost
- Design and implement repeatable processes for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive optimization initiatives

- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for optimization tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align optimization strategies with business goals
- Document optimization methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization or operational excellence
- Proven track record in leading optimization initiatives in managed services
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in process documentation and performance tracking systems
