In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care. You will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions, and prescribe the most suitable vision correction solutions, including advanced contact lenses and myopia control treatments. As an Optometry Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest clinical standards and patient satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough and accurate eye examinations using state-of-the-art optometric equipment.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a variety of ocular diseases and conditions, such as dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, including spectacles and a full range of contact lenses (RGP, soft, scleral, ortho-k).
- Provide expert pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing refractive surgery (LASIK, SMILE).
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for myopia control in children and adults.
- Educate patients on preventative eye care, digital eye strain management, and proper lens hygiene.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, manage optical inventory, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in optometry and vision science to provide the most current care.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) of Singapore.
- Valid practicing certificate with no restrictions.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience, preferably in a retail or hospital optical setting.
- Proven expertise in contact lens fitting and myopia control management.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin or other local dialects is an advantage.
