- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for OR Procedure Packs in Jakarta region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product innovation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in competitive healthcare markets
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and OR supply chain dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel as required
