- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle ERP solutions
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement departments
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle systems and business processes
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for Oracle applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Stay updated with Oracle updates and best practices in supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, particularly Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Experience with business process re-engineering and change management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in Oracle ERP or related technologies is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
