Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Cerner EHR Systems Engineer specializing in PharmNet and eMAR modules. You'll be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operational excellence and driving project-based initiatives for Oracle Cerner clinical and revenue cycle applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge healthcare IT systems including PowerChart, FirstNet, and other critical modules. You'll ensure system reliability, optimize clinical workflows, and contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support and maintain Oracle Cerner EHR systems with focus on PharmNet and eMAR modules
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and optimization projects
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity across healthcare workflows
- Provide technical documentation and training for end-users
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Coordinate with vendors for resolution of complex technical challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related healthcare technology field
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cerner EHR systems, specifically PharmNet/eMAR
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare revenue cycles
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system administration
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Certification in Oracle Cerner or healthcare IT systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
