We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator to join our dynamic IT team at Cornerstone Global Partners. In this senior role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and optimization of our diverse database ecosystem, including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical business data while supporting our growing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with database lifecycle management, performance tuning, and implementing robust backup/recovery strategies. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure database designs align with business requirements and industry best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases across multiple environments (production, development, testing)
- Monitor database performance, implement optimization strategies, and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Execute database installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration management
- Develop and implement backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with development teams on database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting
- Document database architecture, procedures, and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA with proven hands-on expertise
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (12c/19c/21c), RAC, Data Guard, and ASM
- Experience with multi-database environments (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Certification (Oracle OCP, OCM) or equivalent industry certification preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
